Transformers Cake

Here is an Optimus Prime cake that I did for a birthday party! It is a yellow butter cake filled with lemon creme and covered in cream cheese icing. Definitely delicious if I do say so myself ;)

Transformers Cupcakes

These are some chocolate chip cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting and some Transformers decorations for a four year old's birthday party :) They were such a hit and the kids kept picking which colors they wanted to eat first (my personal favorite is the Bumblebee figure)

Sprinkles Cupcakes

Ever wonder how in the world Sprinkles makes their WONDERFUL cream cheese frosting on top of their Red Velvet Cupcakes? Well I did some google searching and found the recipe!

8 oz cream cheese
4 oz butter
3 3/4 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted
1/2 tea. vanilla extract
1/8 tea. salt

Cream the butter, cheese and salt in a stand mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar until incorporated, then add the vanilla.

Now time to go try it ...... mmm
